American journalist and writer (1934–2020)

James Charles Lehrer (LAIR-ə;[1] May 19, 1934 – January 23, 2020) was an American journalist, essayist, screenwriter, and playwright.[2] He was the executive editor and a-okay news anchor for the PBS News Hour on PBS present-day was known for his character as a debate moderator not later than U.S.
